Brett's Boring Blog

Check in to see what books I'm reading, what music I'm listening to and the vintage baseball gloves and bats I'm finding at flea markets and antique shows.

Nothing much at the flea market today. I got a Wilson Pro Model Billy Martin glove for 7 bucks that needs some TLC and a pretty cool bat. It is made by J.C. Vierck and Sons in Bruce, WI. The bat is 35 inches long and is marked "Williams Style."

Do you guys still have your BELTERs? Why? I would be interested in purchasing 1. I am on a mission/search for baseball bats produced in each of the 50 states. Some states, I will concede as I will be blanked - none were produced. But I will keep looking. Thanks. Bruce
